I have a type-J thermocouple hooked up to the controller. I am trying to adjust the PV offset, but it will not go higher than +87 F. I seem to have reached the 10%FS limit and I need 20 F more in order to have the proper PV reading.

Anybody knows how to change this FS value so I can increase my limit or is this an indication of something not right with the thermocouple ? (It is a brand new thermocouple)

Another question from a customer that, I thought, could be useful for some people:
"
Do you market a temperature controller with a proportional output at mains voltages capable of handling 5 amps?
We require the current to be continuous, varying only to adjust the temperature. It is for an air heater with a low thermal mass so we require continuous proportional control, a simple on/off type (relay
output) would be clicking away all the time with consequent fluctuations in air temperature.
"

(our answer in the reply)

This question has been asked by one of our customer and I thought it my be useful to other people:

While in the main screen, press and maintain the SEL button for around 3 seconds.

A parameter should appear "Prog" or "roff" on the SV screen.

Release the SEL button. Then press it again normally - that will switch between the different parameters.

After pressing few times, you should reach "AT" (auto tune settings) which look like more "A7 0" on the screen.

"0" being the parameter at which it is set at:
0: off
1: Standard
2: low PV

You want to change it to "1" with the arrow key.
You will then have "A7 1" displayed.

Then, press and maintain the select button until coming back to the main screen.

That's it!
How to put a PXW controller into Auto Tune?
