Suitable replacement

100x_100

When the type 440 became obsolete, Watson Smith did not create a direct replacement unit. Some of the features like the 4-20mA feedback and selectable failure mode are not available on the current range of Watson Smith product.

However, in many cases the flexibility of the type 440 is not required and can easily be replaced by a standard I/P converter (see the range of Watson Smith I/P converters) with an added 4-20mA feedback. Because this can be complex we recommed you to take note of your requirement and contact us so that we can find the best replacement for you.
